New R-410A systems stopped being made on January 1, 2025. An EPA rule effective July 27, 2026 allows systems built before 2025 that are still in stock to be installed, and servicing existing R-410A systems stays legal.

FPL offers $200 per unit on a qualifying full replacement with a 15.2 SEER2 or higher system, installed by a participating contractor. The federal 25C tax credit ended December 31, 2025.

Residential HVAC
How do I know if I should repair or replace my AC?
Age, repair history and efficiency decide it. Our technician looks at the whole system and gives you both options honestly, so you can choose.
Which brands do you install?
Trane, Carrier, Amana and American Standard. We help you pick the right size and efficiency for your home and budget.
How often should an AC be serviced in Florida?
Twice a year is the standard here because systems run almost year round. Ask us about the ACMAN Hero Club maintenance plan.
What happens during a tune-up?
We clean and inspect the coils, blower and drain line, check refrigerant and electrical parts, test airflow and tell you about anything that needs attention.
Do you offer emergency AC repair at night?
Yes. ACMAN answers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights, weekends and holidays. Call (239) 225-8994 and tell us what the system is doing.
Which brands do you repair?
We repair any make or model. We install and service Trane, Carrier, Amana and American Standard systems.
How do I know if my ducts need cleaning?
Dust that comes back fast, visible buildup on vents, musty smells or a recent renovation are the common signs. We inspect first and show you what we see.
Is duct cleaning worth it?
When ducts are actually dirty, yes. If yours are clean, we will tell you and save you the money.
What does a UV light in my AC do?
A UV light installed in the air handler helps keep the coil and drain pan free of mold and bacterial growth, which keeps the system cleaner and the air fresher.
Why does my house smell musty when the AC runs?
Usually moisture: a dirty coil, a clogged drain or humidity the system is not removing. We find the source before recommending anything.
Do you work directly with builders?
Yes. We coordinate with builders and general contractors from plans to final inspection.
Do you fabricate ductwork?
Yes. Our crew builds and installs duct plenums and transitions on site to fit the home.
How is this different from regular new construction HVAC?
A luxury custom home gets a system designed around the architecture: vents placed to disappear into the ceiling, equipment out of sight, and comfort planned room by room. We work from the plans with your builder from day one.
Can the vents be hidden?
Yes. We install clean linear and slot ceiling vents that sit flush with the ceiling instead of standard grilles.
Commercial HVAC
Do you replace rooftop units?
Yes. We handle rooftop unit replacements, including crane lifts and coordination with the building.
Can you work around business hours?
Yes. We plan installs to keep disruption to your business as small as possible.
How often should commercial systems be maintained?
It depends on the equipment and how hard it runs. In Florida most commercial systems need quarterly or at least twice-yearly service.
Do you offer maintenance agreements?
Yes. We set up a schedule that fits your buildings. Call us to scope it.
Do you offer emergency commercial AC repair?
Yes. We are open 24/7. Call (239) 225-8994.
What kinds of systems do you repair?
Rooftop units, split systems and air handlers used in offices, retail and commercial buildings.
Can you clean ducts without closing our business?
We plan the work around your hours and work area by area. We confirm the schedule when we see the building.
How do I know if our ducts need cleaning?
Dust that comes back fast, visible buildup on diffusers, odors or a recent renovation are the common signs. We inspect first and show you.
Why does our building feel humid even with the AC running?
Usually the system is not removing enough moisture: equipment sizing, airflow, ventilation or a dirty coil. We find the cause before recommending anything.
What does a UV light do in a commercial system?
It helps keep coils and drain pans free of mold and bacterial growth, which keeps the system cleaner and the air fresher.
Do you work with general contractors?
Yes. We coordinate with GCs from bid to final inspection.
Do you handle build-outs?
Yes, including tenant build-outs and new commercial buildings.
