Luxury Custom Home HVAC FAQ
How is this different from regular new construction HVAC?
A luxury custom home gets a system designed around the architecture: vents placed to disappear into the ceiling, equipment out of sight, and comfort planned room by room. We work from the plans with your builder from day one.
Can the vents be hidden?
Yes. We install clean linear and slot ceiling vents that sit flush with the ceiling instead of standard grilles.
Do you work with our builder and designer?
Yes. We coordinate with your builder, general contractor and design team from plans to final inspection.
Have you done high-end homes before?
Yes. Public permit records list our HVAC work on a $1.5M new home in Southwest Florida, among 536 permitted projects.
How do we get started?
Send the plans or call (239) 225-8994 and we will set up a bid.
