Why does my house smell musty when the AC runs?
Usually moisture: a dirty coil, a clogged drain or humidity the system is not removing. We find the source before recommending anything.
Do I need a dehumidifier in Florida?
Many homes do fine with a correctly sized AC. Homes that stay humid even when cool can benefit from a whole-home dehumidifier. We measure first.
